We have a new opportunity available for a Project Manager to join our team.
The Key Responsibilities are:
-Assist with managing all facets of all construction projects and exceeding customer and your management team’s expectations.
– Assisting with developing project budgets and project timelines.
– End of month management reporting on project status and costs
– Perform site audits and quality control inspections
– Assisting with estimating, scheduling and purchasing.
– Respond to customer questions, issues and requests.
– Ensure projects are ready for the Construction Manager to perform PC and handover meetings.
– Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
